IMPORTANT-First Day Bus Schedule Changes!

🚌 Important First Day Bus Information 

We want to provide families with some information about bus times on the first day of school.

The first day will have a modified schedule at Alexandra Middle School:

• Grade 7 students will have their regular morning bus pick-up and will attend school in the morning.
• Grade 8 and 9 students will have a second morning bus pick-up, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
• Due to the different lengths of bus routes, bus arrival times will vary. Most Grade 8 and 9 students can expect their bus to arrive at their stop between approximately 12:30 and 12:50 p.m.
• Bus 1 and Bus 7 have longer routes. These buses may arrive between 12:30-1:15 p.m.
• When the Grade 8 and 9 students arrive at AMS, they will get off the buses and our Grade 7 students will board the buses to head home.
• Grade 7 students will then be transported home.
• There will also be a regular bus run at our usual 2:30 p.m. dismissal time.

We understand that the first day can be a little different than usual, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the modified schedule.

Please plan for some flexibility with your child's bus arrival time on the first day.
