School Fees
Why Are School Fees Important?
School fees play an important role in providing students with the learning opportunities and resources they need throughout the school year. These fees help cover the cost of classroom materials, supplies, workbooks, technology, specialized programming, and other resources that support student learning. Schools use student enrollment numbers to plan budgets, purchase materials, and prepare programs before and throughout the school year.
When school fees are paid on time, it helps ensure that we can continue to provide quality educational programs and learning experiences for all students.
Course Changes and Fee Policy
As per school policy, if a student changes courses during the school year, we are unable to refund the fees paid for the original course. This is because the funds have already been committed to purchasing materials, resources, and supplies, and to planning programs based on the original enrollment numbers.
Students who transfer into a different course will also be responsible for paying the fees associated with their new course, as additional materials and resources are required for that class.
We understand that course changes are sometimes necessary and appreciate your understanding that, in accordance with school policy, refunds cannot be issued once course fees have been allocated to support the planned educational program.
If paying school fees presents a financial challenge for your family, please contact the school office. We are happy to discuss payment options, including partial payments, and work with you to find a solution.
